Department Information The Georgia Tech College of Lifetime Learning is a research-driven academic college advancing learning across the full arc of life. Job Summary Responsible for the operational activation and management oversight of learning hubs and Atrium locations in alignment with the Georgia Tech Institute Strategic Plan and the College of Lifetime Learning Strategy 2035 goals and objectives. Responsible for overseeing complex and mission-critical functions within the unit, including program management, strategic partnerships, and promotion of programs and events in existing and new markets. Collaborate with other Georgia Tech units and project teams across the university to develop and implement programming and events for domestic and international locations. Manage global operations of the unit with a focus on legal compliance, finance, human resources, contracts, information technology, facilities, maintenance/renovation, and guest/tenant services. Responsible for setting employee and/or group goals, deciding on the organizational structure to meet the goals, assessing employee and/or group performance, providing feedback, and making pay recommendations. staff and students Responsibilities Job Duty 1 - Collaborate across all college verticals with College Strategic Solutions leadership to develop action plans for deployment of atrium locations and relevant programming, including performance data along with short-term and long-term business case proposals. Deliver resulting proposals and reports outlining goals and measurable metrics with objectives to support the business plan and champion growth of each initiative. Job Duty 2 - Responsible for the operational execution of proposal action plans to include implementation of processes for the unit's international operations to ensure full compliance with both U.S. and foreign regulations, including those related to human resources, finance, programs, or locations. Job Duty 3 - Responsible for the oversight of financial and administrative matters when establishing new operations outside the U.S., including long-term forecasting of unit locations, capital and operating expenditures, ROI, cost/benefit analyses, and budget management. Coordinate logistical support of non-credit courses (public and sponsored) and educational conferences. Job Duty 4 - Develop and deploy adaptable models for scaling a global network of learning hubs. Evaluate and ensure appropriate controls and procedures are in place for the relationships, services, human resources, and payment functions. Develop policies and procedures for international location and program solutions that incorporates applicable legal and compliance regulations associated with the physical or digital location(s) and any applicable requirements for compliant engagement with Georgia Tech. Review and revise (as appropriate) policies and procedures, job aids, and training on new and current processes supporting unit activities. Job Duty 5 - Establish and maintain relationships with the local, national, and global entrepreneurship community, industry partners, alumni, and potential donors while synchronizing efforts to the strategic directions of GT global operations. Job Duty 6 - Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree in international Affairs/Relations, Business, Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Experience 8+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years of supervisory knowledge. KNOWLEDGE

Knowledge of international finance, taxation, and labor laws. Basic understanding of contracting, intellectual property, and licensing. Financial, operational, and procedural project management and execution. SKILLS Expert in written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, and people management with strong attention to detail. Problem-solving, customer service, organization, interpersonal relationship building, and creativity skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in administrative (financial, legal, human resources, contracts) operations for an entity with overseas operations, focused on oversight/collaboration with those overseas entities.
