Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Regional Director of Operations - Hotel A growing hotel group is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead daily operations and team development across a portfolio of 7 select service hotels . This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact, ensure consistency in guest experience, drive financial performance, and play a key role in a dynamic, expanding organization. Regional Director of Operations, Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary ( $120K-$150K , depending on experience) Strong bonus potential ( 20%+ in the first year) Health benefits package, including medical, short- and long-term disability income Term life and AD&D insurance Generous vacation, holiday, and sick PTO Rapid growth in area responsibilities, salary, and bonus Regional Director of Operations Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of multi-unit hotel management experience, preferably in the extended-stay sector 5+ years of overseeing and mentoring other managers or supervisors within hotels Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel analysis skills Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to travel up to 4 days a week Demonstrated ability to effectively manage emergencies Regional Director of Operations Preferred Background & Skills Previous experience coaching, developing, and supervising teams across multiple locations Strong track record in sales and marketing for hospitality Experience coordinating housekeeping, maintenance, and operational excellence Regional Operations Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Oversee multiple hotel properties and their management teams, ensuring brand standards and operational consistency Deliver an excellent guest experience with a service-focused approach Hire, train, mentor, and develop hotel General Managers and team members for maximum success Take ownership of local sales and marketing initiatives, driving revenue and community awareness Coordinate and uphold excellence in housekeeping, maintenance, and daily operations Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed and continuously improved Join a respected and growing hotel group where your leadership will shape teams, guest experience, and the future of the business.
