In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve goals, maintain high standards of service, and foster a positive shopping environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals passionate about retail management, team development, and operational excellence. As an Operation Store Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and growth every day. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, inventory management, and customer service to ensure operational efficiency. Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members while providing ongoing training and development to enhance their skills. Manage employee orientation programs to promote a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with company policies. Oversee cash handling procedures, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and budgeting to maintain financial accuracy and integrity. Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, pricing adjustments, and inventory tracking. Conduct regular inventory control checks, stock replenishment, merchandising, and purchasing to optimize product availability. Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase store traffic and sales performance. Supervise shift management by scheduling staff effectively to meet customer demand while maintaining organizational efficiency. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining professional phone etiquette. Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with health regulations within the store environment. Use strong communication skills to motivate your team, coordinate with suppliers, and collaborate with corporate leadership for continuous improvement. Experience Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with a focus on supervising teams and managing daily operations. At least 5 years of experience. Demonstrated success in retail sales management, including achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategic planning. Strong background in inventory management, merchandising, pricing strategies, and POS systems. Experience in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding new employees, and conducting training & development sessions. Skilled in cash handling procedures, payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks related to retail management. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases; excellent communication skills are essential. Familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store operations is advantageous but not required; a passion for retail excellence is key!
