Responsibilities Managing Quickbooks Invoicing and payment tracking Bank deposits Scheduling and calendar management Open and distribute mail & email Prepare all marketing mailings / emailings/ drop offs Customer communication Collections follow-ups Time card tracking and reporting for self and for crew members Basic marketing support (e.g. emails, social media updates, google ads) Creating and calling call lists for prospecting Help manage work orders coming in from multiple business sources, and update notes and close out those orders in the method needed by our clients. Create and maintain company status reports and tracking. Creating, updating, and improving company systems and SOP's Qualifications You are an organized, methodical and driven professional with a servant leader's heart. Systems are your jam - creating them, implementing them, refining them. Your attention to detail is unsurpassed and you thrive on your high standards, quality of work and your ability to serve others.
