FOH LEAD - GUEST EXPERIENCE LEADER THE MAHARANI
- Royal Indian Fine Dining 📍 Cumming, Georgia About The Maharani The Maharani is a new fine dining destination built around a simple idea: Every Guest, Royal. Formerly known as Nizam's, The Maharani celebrates the grace, warmth, strength, and hospitality personified by the Maharani in every household. We are building more than a restaurant. We are building a respected hospitality institution where guests feel welcomed, valued, and remembered. Position We are seeking a warm, poised, and service-driven Front of House Lead to help create exceptional guest experiences from the moment guests arrive until they leave. This role is ideal for someone with experience in: Fine Dining Luxury Hospitality Hotels & Resorts Guest Relations Front Office Leadership You will be the face of hospitality on the floor and a key member of the leadership team. What You Will Do Guest Experience Welcome and engage guests with warmth and confidence Manage reservations, seating, and guest flow Ensure every guest feels acknowledged and cared for Handle guest concerns with professionalism and empathy Front of House Leadership Lead and support servers, hosts, runners, and bartenders Set the tone for professionalism and hospitality Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service Maintain calm and organization during busy periods Operations & Cash Handling Oversee POS accuracy and cash reconciliation Monitor takeout and pickup operations Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained Team Culture Coach and mentor team members Promote accountability, dignity, and teamwork Help build a culture of excellence and respect What We Are Looking For 3+ years of hospitality leadership experience Fine dining or luxury hospitality experience preferred Excellent communication and guest service skills Strong organizational abilities Ability to remain calm under pressure Positive attitude and professional appearance Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays Why Join The Maharani?
