In this pivotal role, you will oversee reservation operations, manage guest inquiries, and uphold exceptional customer service standards. Your leadership will help maximize occupancy, streamline processes, and foster positive guest relations. Duties Supervise daily reservation activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all booking channels Provide exceptional guest service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and Bilingual communication skills when applicable Oversee the front desk reservation process, including check-ins, cancellations, modifications, and special requests Train and support reservation staff to uphold hospitality management standards and deliver guest-centric solutions Collaborate with hotel management to optimize occupancy rates and implement promotional offers Maintain detailed records of reservations, guest preferences, and special accommodations to enhance guest experiences Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with a focus on reservations or front desk operations Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software Multilingual or Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience with night audit procedures and guest relations is preferred Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism Knowledge of resort operations and guest services best practices is advantageous Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests!
