Back To Results Financial Services Operations Administrator Job Description We currently have an Operations Administrator position available with a growing financial services firm. This position will support the Operations group and will primarily be responsible for sorting daily files for department heads and disburse mail within the Operations department, filing, reviewing client paperwork, data entry/scanning investments, answer questions regarding investments and, prepare weekly and monthly reports. The qualified candidate will have at least 1 year related experience working at a Financial Services firm.
