Field Operations Manager Job Description:
PrideStaff is working with a well known restoration company who is seeking a Field Operations Manager to join their team. The Field Operations Manager will lead and direct field operations across all service lines, including water, fire, mold, biohazard, pack-out, and warehouse functions. The Field Operations Manager will ensure operational compliance, resource efficiency, and high service standards by directing project managers, team leads, and logistics personnel. The ideal Field Operations Manager has multiple years of management experience in multiple divisions, currently holds a chauffeur's license, is DOT certified, and has proven experience in the restoration industry. The Field Operations Manager is a full time, direct hire position near Marietta, GA.
