Morales Professional Services is currently conducting a search for a General Manager & Site Leader for a well-known and respected manufacturing organization near Cordele, GA. This manufacturing leader will have full P&L responsibility and oversee all aspects of facility operations with 150 associates, ensuring the achievement of operational performance, profitability, safety, quality, and customer service objectives. This role provides strategic and day-to-day leadership for plant operations, continuous improvement initiatives, financial performance, employee development, and customer satisfaction in accordance with company policies and procedure s Specific Responsibiliti es s: Provide overall leadership and direction for all plant operations, including production/parts, maintenance, quality, engineering, safety, environmental compliance, and administrati on.Prioritize, schedule, and delegate work assignments while directly supervising members of the plant leadership team to ensure achievement of operational and financial objectiv es.

Qualificati ons:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management with a minimum of 10 - 15 years of demonstrated accomplishments in roles of increasing responsibility within a manufacturing environment. Minimum of 5 years in a senior management role.Other qualifications includ ing:
Strong business acumen. Experience reading and interpreting financial reports, budgets and operational dashboards.
