In this role, you will be the welcoming face at our charming inn and event venue, ensuring every guest feels valued, comfortable, and well-cared-for from check-in to check-out. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help maintain a warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps guests returning time and again. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a unique hospitality space. Duties Clean and refresh guest rooms and maintain cleanliness of common areas of the inn and outdoor spaces. Coordinate guest services such as room packages, event set-up / breakdown, and resolving any guest issues promptly. Assist guests with inquiries about amenities, local attractions, and accommodations to enhance their stay. Preparation of breakfast and full breakfast service. Support other miscellaneous tasks such as event related activities, deep cleans, and plant watering. Desired Experience Prior experience working at a resort or hotel setting is preferred, especially in front desk or housekeeping roles. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Knowledge of hospitality standards, including phone etiquette and guest interaction protocols. Demonstrated ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
