As a Manager, Carrier Operations (Performance) at RXO, you will lead the charge and reinforce RXO's commitment to high performance through model governance and scorecard management, implementation and problem solving of carrier operations. We want to leverage your skills and years of experience to drive positive results while ensuring a bright future for yourself and RXO. What your day-to-day will look like: Monitor performance through audit settlement, route attributes and adjustment pay across markets Validate all submitted adjustments are properly documented with necessary approvals Escalate market issues and concerns to regional vice presidents and directors to hold markets accountable, and proactively troubleshoot changes in performance metrics Work with individual markets to do root cause analysis and coach local teams to avoid similar situations in future Drive adoption of performance management scorecard and conversations across the business Work closely with Director, Carrier Operations to build weekly reports for finance and broader leadership team on program performance across markets Work closely with finance, operations leadership and market teams At a minimum, you'll need: 5 years of experience in carrier development, delivery, distribution logistics and facility/warehouse management It would be great if you also have: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field Analytical problem-solving skills with deep understanding of scorecard and metrics to diagnose market performance slips Strong coaching skills and ability to train other team members Delivery of performance reporting through summarizing performance across network into digestible reports Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Does this sound like you?
