Join our dynamic law firm as an Operations Manager and be the vital pillar supporting our legal professionals. In this pivotal role, you'll manage day-to-day operations, oversee HR functions, optimize billing processes, and ensure the firm runs smoothly and efficiently. Reporting directly to the Partners, your leadership will enable attorneys and staff to focus on delivering exceptional client service, all while fostering a professional, welcoming environment.
Required Skills:
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in legal case management and office software applications Ability to manage vendor relations and facility maintenance Self-motivated with a dependable and personable demeanor Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience working within a law firm or professional services environment Knowledge of CasePeer, LexisNexis, or similar legal tools Basic IT and software management skills Event planning and coordination experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field Prior experience in office management, operations, or administrative leadership within a professional services setting 3+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in a legal or corporate environment
Other Requirements:
Ability to work onsite five days per week Willingness to handle special projects, firm events, and community engagement initiatives Ability to step into various staff roles when needed, demonstrating flexibility and versatility
