What You'll Do As a Superintendent, you will serve as the Field Operations Leader on commercial reroof projects throughout Metro Atlanta and the Southeast. You are the face of Parsons Roofing on every job site. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Manage field execution of reroof projects from mobilization through closeout Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries on active job sites Ensure every project is completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard Anticipate problems and resolve them before they escalate Communicate project updates consistently with Project Managers via established reporting protocols Document project progress using photos, drones, and cloud-based tools Verify materials on delivery and ensure proper installation practices Conduct daily safety walkthroughs and quality inspections Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites at all times Serve as the on-site representative of Parsons Roofing — your conduct reflects our brand Where This Role Can Take You We promote from within. Note:

Company trucks are equipped with dash cameras as part of our fleet safety program.

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$65,000 - $80,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Candidates with directly comparable superintendent experience from outside commercial roofing will be considered at the top of the range. Company 3/4-ton truck provided Health insurance
