This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient material movement while supervising operators and coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams. If you have strong leadership skills and hands-on excavator experience in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to grow with us. What You'll Do Supervise day-to-day excavator operations (loading, unloading, material handling) Lead and support a team of operators and yard associates Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies Conduct safety meetings and enforce proper PPE usage Coordinate workflow with warehouse, dispatch, and logistics teams Monitor equipment condition and schedule maintenance/repairs Track productivity, equipment usage, and operational performance Step in to operate equipment when needed What We're Looking For 3+ years of excavator operation experience 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience Strong knowledge of heavy equipment safety practices Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Good communication and problem-solving skills Nice to Have Experience in port operations, container yards, or logistics yards OSHA certification Bilingual (English + Chinese or Spanish) Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Standing, walking, and operating equipment for extended periods Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) and holidays Schedule Full-time May include weekends and overtime based on business needs
