Imaging Manager Private Healthcare Practice Savannah, GA A growing private healthcare practice in Savannah is seeking an experienced Imaging Manager to lead and oversee the X-ray department across multiple clinic locations. This is a hands on leadership opportunity for a certified Radiologic Technologist who thrives in a fast paced outpatient environment and enjoys building strong teams, improving workflows, and driving operational excellence. The Imaging Manager will be based in Savannah but will regularly travel to other practice locations to support imaging operations, staff development, compliance, and consistency across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and leader who can balance clinical expertise with team management while maintaining a patient first mindset. Responsibilities Lead day to day operations of the X-ray department across multiple locations Supervise, mentor, and support Radiologic Technologists and imaging staff Ensure high quality patient care and imaging standards are maintained Develop and improve imaging workflows, processes, and operational efficiency Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and accreditation standards Coordinate equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and vendor relationships Assist with staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and performance management Partner closely with leadership to support growth initiatives and operational goals Travel to satellite locations as needed to provide oversight and support Qualifications Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT required) Active state licensure as required Previous leadership or management experience preferred Strong understanding of outpatient imaging operations and radiology workflows Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills Ability to lead teams with diverse personalities in a collaborative manner Comfortable working in a fast paced, multi site healthcare environment Willingness to travel between clinic locations What We Offer Competitive compensation Leadership opportunity with a growing private practice Collaborative and supportive culture Opportunity to make a direct impact on operational growth and patient experience Stable outpatient environment with strong leadership support If you are a motivated imaging professional looking to step into a leadership role with growth potential, we encourage you to apply.
