Radiology Manager Savannah, GA A growing private healthcare practice in Savannah is looking for an Imaging Manager to lead X-ray operations across multiple clinic locations. You will oversee a team of approximately 20 imaging staff and report directly to the Director of Operations. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be on the floor, working alongside your team, setting the standard, and building the habits that make a department run well. The team you are inheriting has strong culture and real momentum. Your job is to take it further. You will travel regularly to satellite locations to ensure consistency in care, workflows, and staff development across the organization. What You Will Do Lead day-to-day imaging operations across multiple clinic locations Supervise, mentor, and develop rad techs at every experience level, from new graduates to seasoned veterans Drive workflow improvements, operational efficiency, and KPI reporting Ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational issues are resolved quickly Train and educate rad techs, medical assistants, and physicians on imaging best practices and efficiency Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and accreditation standards Support staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and performance management Partner with the Director of Operations on growth initiatives and operational goals Who Fits ARRT-certified Radiologic Technologist with recent leadership experience Track record of leading projects, managing to benchmarks, and improving team performance Emotionally intelligent leader who can read a room, adapt their approach, and bring out the best in people with different personalities and experience levels Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and willing to travel between locations Someone who leads by example and does not see floor work as beneath the role Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary plus performance bonus Leadership role with a growing private practice Collaborative team with strong existing culture Direct impact on operational growth and patient experience Stable outpatient environment with strong leadership support
