TRAINING MANAGER

Training Manager- Environmental Services Qualifications:

High school graduate or GED certificate; courses in hospital housekeeping or equivalent training. One year experience as a supervisor. Demonstrated leadership ability.

Responsibilities:

Must be able to teach proper Hospital Environmental Services procedures and techniques. Interrelates well with fellow employees and the general public. Must communicate well with fellow employees and the general public. Must communicate well both orally and in writing. Must have good organizational, motivational and leadership abilities.
