Job Description

Overview Join our team as a Site Manager and take ownership of our day-to-day floor operations! In this hands-on leadership role, you will run the crew across both processing and production, keep work moving, and make sure the team stays safe and productive. Your leadership will directly impact our output, safety record, and ability to scale. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations across processing (breaking down and sorting pallets) and production (building standard and custom pallets) Ensure every crew member is properly safety-trained and operating equipment correctly, including band saw dismantlers and forklifts Set and manage the daily workflow so processing and production stay balanced and yard space stays clear Coordinate intake, breakdown, sorting, stacking, and storage of pallet materials Keep the site organized and running efficiently as order volume shifts day to day Serve as the responsible point person on-site so the operation runs smoothly without constant owner involvement Follow and enforce all safety protocols and guidelines Basic Qualifications Proven ability to lead a crew and hold a team accountable Comfortable in a fast-moving, physical, manufacturing or warehouse environment Strong safety mindset and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Prior supervisory experience in a warehouse, yard, factory, or manufacturing setting Familiarity with operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely Background using hand tools and power tools Why you'll love it here We are dedicated to fostering an environment where our team members can thrive both personally and professionally! Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
