About the Role ChangeMakers Hawaiʻi is seeking a highly capable Site & Operations Lead to oversee daily operations at the American Job Center (AJC). This role is responsible for site management, data tracking and reporting, outreach and employer engagement, and supervision of front desk operations . This is a hands-on leadership role . You will not only manage systems, you will build and improve them . We are looking for someone who can: Think in systems, not just tasks Bring structure and accountability to daily operations Use data to drive decisions and performance Lead with clarity, professionalism, and follow-through Key ResponsibilitiesSite Operations & Leadership Oversee daily operations of the American Job Center (AJC) Ensure consistent front desk coverage, participant flow, and service delivery Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational rhythms Identify gaps in processes and implement improvements Ensure a professional, organized, and welcoming site environment Staff Supervision (Front Desk) Supervise front desk staff responsible for intake and participant support Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of intake and documentation Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback Monitor staff performance against expectations and reporting requirements Establish clear workflows, checklists, and accountability systems Data & Reporting Management Oversee all participant intake, tracking, and referral data systems Ensure accurate and timely data entry and documentation Develop and maintain tracking systems for: Participant flow (intake → referral → follow-up) Outreach and engagement Employer interactions Produce weekly and monthly reports on site performance Use data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement Outreach & Employer Engagement Lead outreach efforts to increase participant engagement and awareness of services Build and maintain relationships with employers and community partners Coordinate employer meetings, hiring events, and workforce activities Ensure follow-up with employers and partners within established timelines Support development of referral networks across the ecosystem Event & Partner Coordination Plan and oversee workforce events, hiring events, and partner convenings Coordinate logistics, materials, communication, and follow-up Ensure alignment between site activities and broader workforce system goals QualificationsRequired 3-5+ years of experience in operations, workforce development, program management, or similar roles Experience managing or supervising staff Strong data tracking and reporting experience (spreadsheets, CRM systems, or databases) Demonstrated ability to build or improve systems and workflows Strong organizational and time management skills Professional communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, in-person environment

From $24.00 per hour
