Paid InternshipPosition OverviewPrairie Meadows Racetrack and Casino is seeking a motivated and professional Event Sales & Planning Intern to join our structured internship program. This internship provides hands-on experience in group sales, hospitality event coordination, and food and beverage operations within a casino, racing, and hotel environment. This position focuses on supporting race day group outings, private events, and hospitality experiences while learning the full event lifecycle from sales and planning through execution and follow-up.

The intern will rotate through multiple operational areas including group sales, event coordination, banquet operations, food and beverage administration, hotel operations, and race day hospitality events while participating in a structured internship and professional development program.
What You Will Do:
