Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and efficient check-in/check-out experience Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls accurately Handle guest requests, reservations, and special accommodations with attention to detail and courtesy Maintain accurate records through night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports Provide exceptional guest services by assisting with local information, transportation arrangements, and concierge services Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure clear communication with guests and team members Support guest relations by resolving issues promptly and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their stay Experience Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is preferred Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including guest relations and hotel operations Previous night audit experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional demeanor in all interactions Embark on a rewarding career where your energy and dedication make a difference!
