Fiberutilities Group (FG) is actively hiring a Strategic Client Manager to join its growing team in Cedar Rapids, IA. As the Strategic Client Manager , you'll be responsible for building and strengthening long-term relationships with key telecom clients, driving revenue growth and customer retention. This role partners cross-functionally to deliver tailored connectivity and technology solutions that align with clients' evolving business needs. Job Duties :
Own and grow strategic telecom accounts Drive renewals, expansion, and revenue growth Act as trusted advisor to key stakeholders Lead negotiations and contract strategy Partner internally to deliver client solutions Monitor performance and ensure client satisfaction
Job Requirements :
5+ years of enterprise account management or strategic account management experience Experience supporting multi-site customers requiring network/connectivity solutions preferred Experience with building LAN/WAN solutions preferred Experience engaging directly with CIOs and IT leaders in solution-selling environments Bachelor's degree in information systems, or related field preferred Bring your skills where they matter most.
