The Team Leader role is a hands-on, hourly leadership position responsible for supporting daily production, coaching team members, and helping drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement. This role is expected to actively develop others and prepare for future leadership opportunities. Opportunity Details This is a first shift opportunity and hours are 7:00am - 3:30pm . Competitive starting pay ranging from $28.00 to $32.00 per hour based on role, candidate skills, and experiences. Primary Planning and Start-Up Responsibilities Support onboarding and training of new team members using standardized TWI training methods Help establish and reinforce standard work, safety expectations, and quality checks Assist in building team capability through cross-training and development Support line setup, material flow, and workstation readiness Partner with supervisors to stabilize processes and identify early gaps Primary Ongoing Production Responsibilities Support daily production flow by removing obstacles and keeping the line moving Serve as a peer leader and communication bridge between team members and supervisors Monitor safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the shift and escalate issues quickly Reinforce standard work and ensure consistent execution Coordinate parts, materials, and workstation readiness to avoid downtime Provide hands-on support on the line, including covering positions as needed Train, coach, and develop team members Identify problems and support continuous improvement Track progress against hourly and daily targets We value our employees by providing:
