For the Ones Who Show Up The Role We're looking for a Floor Support / Security Team Member who can do more than just "watch the door." This role is about:

• Check IDs and ensure strict 21+ compliance
• Monitor guests and identify issues early (over-intoxication, conflicts, etc.)
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment for everyone
• Work directly with management on incident handling when needed Floor Presence

• Help de-escalate situations calmly and professionally

• Assist bartenders with barbacking tasks (stocking, ice, glassware)
• Keep floors, bathrooms, and high-traffic areas clean and presentable

Duties Monitor the bar floor and surrounding areas to ensure guest safety and adherence to venue policies Assist with crowd control, managing entry points and preventing unauthorized access when necessary Support food service operations by bussing tables, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for cash handling, order processing, and transaction accuracy Conduct regular cleaning duties including tidying bar areas, clearing trash, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold hygiene standards Support catering and banquet events by setting up tables, serving guests, and ensuring smooth event flow Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns with excellent communication skills to enhance overall experience Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is highly preferred Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience working in nightclubs, banquet settings, or hotel food service is a plus Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as cleaning and bussing tables Food handling certification or willingness to obtain necessary certifications prior to employment Prior security or crowd control experience is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
