Role Description We are seeking a full-time Director of Operations to join our on-site team in North Liberty, IA. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, implement and optimize systems, and lead a high-performing team to ensure organizational growth and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing budgets, analyzing operational performance, driving process improvements, and ensuring superior customer service experiences. Your strategic leadership will directly support the continued success of Elevated at The Real Brokerage. Qualifications Proven expertise in Operations Management and the ability to optimize processes and systems to enhance efficiency. Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, monitoring performance metrics, and making data-driven decisions. Experience in Team Management, demonstrating leadership and the ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Budgeting, with the ability to manage financial resources effectively and strategically. Strong Customer Service skills for maintaining exceptional client experiences and fostering long-term relationships. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering impactful results. Experience in the real estate industry or knowledge of real estate operations would be a significant advantage. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
