Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to join our team in Sioux Center, IA (51250). In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the daily operations of our facility, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies. Coordinate and manage schedules for staff to optimize productivity and efficiency. Monitor inventory levels and assist with procurement processes to maintain adequate supplies. Support the implementation of operational strategies and initiatives to improve performance. Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met. Provide training and mentorship to new employees, fostering a positive work environment. Collaborate with various departments to enhance communication and streamline processes. Assist in preparing reports and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with operations management software. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet operational demands.
