Job Description
Enviro-Master of Boise Boise, ID Part-time to start (around 20 hours/week) $21-$23/hour DOE + bonus opportunities Enviro-Master of Boise is hiring a dependable, hard-working Lead Service Technician to help service commercial accounts across the Treasure Valley. This is a hands-on field role for someone who likes working independently, staying active, solving problems, and taking ownership of their work. You'll be responsible for servicing commercial restrooms, performing monthly deep scrubbing work, loading and operating equipment, and helping us deliver a level of service that stands out from ordinary janitorial work. This is not a desk job and it's not a "punch the clock and coast" kind of role. We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, shows initiative, and wants the opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role as the business expands. Job Duties Service commercial restrooms at customer locations throughout the Treasure Valley Perform monthly deep cleaning and scrubbing services Load, unload, and operate cleaning equipment, including a Kaivac system Lift and move equipment and supplies up to 60 lbs Drive a company vehicle to customer locations Refill restroom supplies and complete service work thoroughly and consistently Spot service issues, solve problems in the field, and communicate with customers professionally Look for opportunities to improve service, upsell work, and help bring in new business What We're Looking For Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently Physically capable of field work and regularly lifting/moving equipment up to 60 lbs Valid driver's license and clean driving record Someone who brings a positive attitude and makes the workplace better to be around Someone who brings energy, takes initiative, and looks for ways to help grow the business Someone who supports the team and works with others to get the job done right Someone who goes above and beyond to create a great customer experience Janitorial, route service, floor care, maintenance, pressure washing, landscaping, pest control, or other hands-on service experience is a plus Pay & Opportunity $21-$23/hour DOE Bonus opportunities for upsells and any new customers you help bring in Part-time to start, with room to grow as the business grows Opportunity to learn the business from the ground up and grow into a future Operations Manager role If you like working with your hands, being out in the field, and being part of building something instead of just punching a clock, we'd like to talk.
