IN THIS ADMINISTRATIVE ROLE YOU WILL

Work in our office for 30 - 40 hours/week from Monday through Friday Interact with customers, guide employees, and help keep workdays smooth and seamless Add new clients to the schedule and adjust routes for maximum efficiency and productivity Adjust employee schedules as needed Provide employees with business updates, timely reminders, and regular follow-ups to ensure they're doing the best they can Follow up with new clients to ensure they're happy with our cleaning services Maintain accurate administrative records Track staffing/hiring metrics, hire new employees, and oversee their onboarding Process and submit payroll
