In this pivotal role, you will craft unforgettable experiences for our guests by overseeing all aspects of guest services, event management, and team leadership. Your energetic approach will inspire staff, elevate service standards, and ensure every visitor leaves with a smile. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the guest journey in a vibrant Skilled Nursing environment where hospitality excellence is at the core of everything we do. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences across all service areas, including nightclubs, restaurants, and resort facilities. Oversee event planning and management, ensuring seamless execution of large-scale functions, parties, and special occasions. Supervise shift operations, managing staff schedules, cash handling procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Develop and implement training programs focused on customer service excellence, guest engagement, and operational efficiency. Monitor guest feedback through surveys and direct interactions; proactively address concerns to enhance satisfaction levels. Prepare detailed reports on operational performance, guest satisfaction metrics, and staff productivity for senior leadership review. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and special offerings that attract new guests while maintaining high retention rates. Requirements Proven experience in events management, or hospitality roles within a Skilled Nursing environment. Demonstrated leadership skills with a history of supervising teams, managing shifts, and fostering a positive work culture. Strong background in customer service with the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Experience in report writing to track operational metrics and improve service delivery strategies. Knowledge of safety protocols within a Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care setting. Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience preferred; familiarity with managing events is a plus. Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to lead by example in fast-paced environments.
