If so… I may have the perfect opportunity for you As a landscape account manager, you will build strong client relationships, coordinate crews and projects, enjoy the satisfaction of landscape projects coming to life My name is Geno Neri and have a passion for landscape and I'm proud of the company we have built over the last 25 years I'm looking for someone with the same commitment to quality and customer service Responsibilities - Meet with clients in person to address concerns, identify landscape needs and provide solutions Organize, schedule and manage two maintenance/install teams of 4 people Clearly communicate client requests, project details and company expectations to field teams Monitor project progress, resolve issues, ensure client satisfaction from start to finish Foster a positive team-oriented culture by supporting employee development, accountability and collaboration Bonus points (not requirements, I can teach you) - Being familiar with Chicagoland plants and gardens Have an eye for what makes landscape look great and can spot opportunities for improvement Have experience in landscape or green industry Speak some
