$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year About Us Dreamland Galaxy is a large family entertainment center featuring an indoor playground, VR arcade attractions, café, birthday parties, and themed interactive play areas. We are focused on creating a safe, clean, organized, and fun environment for children and families. We are currently seeking a dependable, professional, and highly organized Operations Supervisor to assist with overseeing day-to-day operations, staff performance, guest experience, cleanliness, and overall facility organization. Responsibilities Assist with daily facility operations Supervise and support employees during shifts Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the facility Help enforce company procedures and safety standards Assist with scheduling and shift coordination Monitor attractions, VR equipment, and guest areas Handle guest concerns professionally Support birthday parties and group events Assist with inventory organization and operational tasks Help maintain a positive and professional team environment Assist with opening and closing procedures Qualifications Previous supervisor, leadership, or operations experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional attitude and dependable attendance required Weekend availability is mandatory Must be willing to work between 50-60 hours per week based on operational needs Ability to stand and move throughout a large facility for extended periods Requirements Mandatory pre-employment screening and background check Drug screening may be required Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be comfortable working around children and families Strong attention to cleanliness, detail, and organization Benefits Opportunities for advancement Employee discounts Supportive and growing work environment
