Job Description

Director of Endpoint Solutions / Lifecycle Management Job Summary Lead the strategy and execution of our Lifecycle Management Practice for endpoints and servers across the company. You'll build OEM partnerships, sharpen go-to-market priorities, enable sales, and oversee Break/Fix and Config Services delivery—driving profitable growth while meeting every SLA. What you'll do
  • Define and execute the strategic vision, business plan, and growth priorities for Lifecycle Management (Break/Fix, Config Services, and decommissioning)
  • Build an industry-leading Break/Fix and Config Services facility that attracts customers and talent
  • Drive practice performance across product/services revenue, gross profit, and vendor-aligned growth targets
  • Optimize cost and footprint (payroll, shipping, facility usage) while consistently meeting SLAs across regions
  • Improve operational flow and quality controls to ensure repeatable, high-standard delivery
  • Identify market opportunities, portfolio gaps, and investment priorities to strengthen offerings
  • Partner with Sales to scope projects accurately and ensure costs are captured in NetSuite and ConnectWise
  • Lead joint business planning with OEMs/partners to grow pipeline, incentives, certifications, and market visibility
  • Use data and dashboards (NetSuite, ConnectWise, Power BI) to track KPIs, profitability, and SLA performance—and report to senior leadership
  • Lead and develop the Break/Fix and Config Services teams, including performance management and day-to-day execution What you'll bring
  • Proven leadership experience building and scaling an operational services practice (e.g., endpoint/server lifecycle, repair, configuration, depot services, logistics)
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth, margin, and cost optimization
  • Experience partnering with Sales to build pipeline, scope projects, and create repeatable offers and pricing
  • Ability to serve as a customer-facing solutions architect for technical lifecycle discussions
  • Comfort leading cross-functional work across Sales, Operations/Warehouse, Purchasing, Technical, Finance, and Marketing
  • Data-driven operating style; experience using ERP/PSA and BI tools (NetSuite, ConnectWise, Power BI preferred)
  • Process and quality mindset—able to document workflows, implement checks, and continuously improve execution
  • Hands-on, adaptable leadership approach with the ability to manage shifting priorities and last-minute customer changes You'll work closely with Sales, Operations/Warehouse, Marketing, OEM partners, and executive leadership to move the practice forward.
Break/Fix and Config Services team members will report through this role.

From $140,000.00 per year
