Job Description
We are currently partnered with a top-ranked ENR general contractor seeking a senior-level General Superintendent / Director of Field Operations to support the continued growth of their Southeast healthcare market across VA, NC, SC, TN, and FL. This leadership role will oversee the successful delivery of large-scale healthcare projects valued at $500M+, while driving field operations, safety, scheduling, quality, and superintendent development across the region. The position will work closely with executive leadership and project teams to lead project build strategies, strengthen client relationships, and support operational excellence across multiple complex healthcare developments.
