Job Description

Our client, a leading provider in the remittance processing industry, is seeking an On-Site Supervisor to join their team. As an On-Site Supervisor, you will be part of the operations team supporting daily workflow and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership presence, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to motivate and support team members, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • What's the Job?
Supervise daily operations of assigned workgroups and segments of the remittance process. Lead a team of full-time and part-time front-line staff, ensuring productivity and quality benchmarks are met. Manage and strengthen customer relationships using service improvement tools and techniques. Address and resolve production or quality issues; escalate process delays or breakdowns as needed. Support, guide, and develop Team Leaders and operations staff through coaching and mentorship. What's Needed? Minimum of 2 years' supervisory or leadership experience preferred Proven success in employee training, coaching, and engagement. Excellent time management and organizational skills in deadline-driven environments. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with diverse groups.
