Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role. Experience in program management, data analysis, and generating data-driven insights to influence decision-making. Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or other relevant advanced degree. Experience leveraging analytical skills (e.g. financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, etc.) to problem solve, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results. Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by audience, asking strategic questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies. Knowledge of cloud technologies, products, trends, and market dynamics. Ability to handle simultaneous projects under deadline pressure. Excellent problem-solving and program management skills, with experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives. About the job As a Strategy and Operations Manager for Google Cloud, you will be responsible for defining, landing, and executing key strategic programs for all Go-To-Market teams that help drive the global priorities. You will provide business insights, ensure cross-functional alignment, drive strategic partnerships, and execute new initiatives. Responsibilities Influence executive-level decision-making on core business decisions, including growth prioritization, using scalable analytical insights to increase productivity. Be a trusted advisor to leadership, solving complex business challenges and supporting organization priorities. Run and improve operations by launching new programs, goal setting, streamlining processes, automating tasks, identifying opportunities across the business, and optimizing resource allocation. Organize the design and implementation of business cadence to deliver effective operations and achieve key milestones. Communicate status and identify any obstacles and paths for resolution to stakeholders, including executive leaders, in a transparent, regular, professional, and timely manner. Establish expectations and rationale on deliverables for stakeholders and contributors. Provide program performance feedback to enable efficient cross-functional operations and iterate rapidly at scale.
