If so, please read on! The main focus in this role is to grow and improve profits in the weekly maintenance arm of the operation.

The goals here are:

Manage the maintenance crews to operate at peak efficiency Ensure crews and equipment present a friendly and professional image Provide service to resolve issues and make sure customers are delighted Identify new commercial and residential opportunities, and visit potential customers to estimate job requirements and generate proposals Write, close and execute maintenance contracts Grow the business to allow hiring of additional crew Recruit, interview, and research new hires Keep accurate service records on trucks, trailers, and equipment Keep accurate records of labor expended and materials consumed Other opportunities include Visit customer sites and generate proposals for planting installation jobs Manage crews performing installation jobs Perform installation work on small planting and maintenance jobs Maintain and improve the office and yard property Provide office staff with necessary information to administrate the business Care for plant materials staged for planting jobs
