If so, we'd love to meet you. Elements Massage in Forest Park is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to lead our talented team and oversee the daily operations of our spa. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a background in spa or wellness management, and experience with Mindbody software.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Monitor and manage spa facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Ensure the smooth and timely execution of appointments, treatments, and services.
Team Leadership:
Supervise, train, and motivate a team of spa staff, including therapists, estheticians, receptionists, and other personnel. Develop staff schedules and manage staffing levels based on client demand and business needs. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high standards of service.
Customer Service Excellence:
Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Implement strategies to enhance the client experience, including developing loyalty programs or special promotions. Manage client bookings and reservations, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
Marketing and Sales:
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the spa's services, including new offerings, seasonal promotions, and special events. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Monitor and track sales performance, recommending improvements when necessary.
Reporting and Administrative Duties:
Provide regular reports on operational performance, including financials, customer satisfaction, and staff performance to senior management. Maintain accurate records related to staff, client services, inventory, and other operational activities.
Qualifications/Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in spa or hospitality management. Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in managing teams effectively Excellent collaboration skills, particularly in working with sales teams to achieve common goals. Experience in supervising personnel and fostering a positive team culture. Demonstrated ability in process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. Strategic thinking skills with experience in business development initiatives. Knowledge of spa treatments, services, and industry trends. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the wellness industry.
