English required + Spanish or Chinese 1. Position Overview Golden Arcus International is seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations. This role includes inventory control, import logistics flow, and Amazon FBA fulfillment management. Ideal candidates will have strong 3PL or freight forwarding experience and the ability to lead teams and optimize workflows. The position requires effective communication with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking team members, as well as cross-functional collaboration. 2. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, palletizing, and outbound shipments. Manage import logistics flow for air freight, ocean freight, and Amazon FBA shipments. Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse personnel to maintain productivity and safety standards. Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, warehouse appointments, and trucking operations. Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS/ERP systems and resolve discrepancies in real time. Ensure compliance with Amazon FBA requirements, including labeling, packaging, and pallet standards. Monitor KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, space utilization, and labor efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, dispatch, and customer service teams. Lead and manage a multicultural workforce, including Spanish-speaking team members. Identify opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and overall service quality. 3. Required Qualifications 5+ years of warehouse or logistics operations management experience. 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding, 3PL, or import logistics preferred. Strong knowledge of warehouse workflows, cargo handling, and safety practices. Hands-on experience with Amazon FBA shipment preparation and compliance. Proficiency with WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Bilingual required:

English + (Spanish or Chinese). Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. 4. Preferred Qualifications Experience with air and ocean import operations. Experience leading multicultural warehouse teams. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to work independently and make operational decisions under pressure. 5.
