Part-Time Operations Manager (Janitorial Services)

Job Overview:

Crystal Image Cleaning is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily janitorial operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and experience in commercial cleaning who can ensure quality service delivery, maintain client relationships, and support field teams. This part-time position has the potential to lead to a full-time opportunity based on performance and company needs. Initial training will be provided, and a company vehicle is available for use while on the job .

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control & Inspections Perform routine inspections of job sites to ensure cleaning standards are met Address and resolve any quality concerns or deficiencies Enforce company cleaning procedures and checklists Client Relations Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients Conduct walkthroughs and ensure scope of work is being followed Respond promptly to client requests, concerns, and service adjustments Build and maintain strong professional relationships Operations & Logistics Coordinate and support daily cleaning operations across multiple locations Ensure teams have proper supplies, equipment, and instructions Oversee special services such as floor care, carpet cleaning, and deep cleaning projects Assist in maintaining inventory and operational efficiency Problem Solving & On-Call Support Assist with responding to call-offs, emergencies, and last-minute service needs Assist with troubleshooting issues in the field and providing solutions quickly Assist with stepping in to support teams when necessary to ensure service completion

Qualifications:

Previous experience in janitorial, commercial cleaning, or operations management preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple job sites and priorities Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality service Valid driver's license required
