Lombard, IL TYPE Direct Hire ID j-18001 POSTED Apr 22, 2026 Seeking compassionate, dedicated full time Territory Operations Director for a national leader in personal care, medical and non medical home health, hospice, and palliative care services needed in the Lombard Illinois area! Will be be responsible for daily operations and clinical services and in office daily! We are looking for a current RN (BSN preferred) licensed in Illinois with previous Home Health Leadership experience! Experience in the business and fiscal functions preferred in health care setting.
