Operations Coordinator Full-Time | On-Site | Northbrook, IL About ATN ATN is a fast-moving wholesale and closeout distributor that sources merchandise from major retailers and manufacturers and resells to discount retailers nationwide. We operate with a lean, highly collaborative team and move quickly to capitalize on buying opportunities across multiple product categories. Position Overview ATN is seeking a highly organized Operations Coordinator with experience in CPG, wholesale, retail, or distribution environments. This role is responsible for managing order flow from purchase order creation through shipment and delivery while coordinating closely with customers, vendors, warehouses, and internal teams. The ideal candidate understands the pace and complexity of high-volume order management and is comfortable managing ship dates, routing requirements, inventory coordination, and day-to-day operational communication. This role is best suited for someone who has worked in a fast-paced CPG, wholesale, retail, or distribution environment managing high-volume order flow and shipment coordination. Key Responsibilities Order Management & Operations Manage purchase orders and sales orders from creation through fulfillment Track order status, due dates, ship dates, and delivery timelines Coordinate with vendors, customers, warehouses, and carriers to ensure on-time execution Monitor routing guide compliance, labeling requirements, and shipment documentation Resolve order discrepancies, shortages, and shipment issues proactively Perform PO matching and verify accuracy of invoices and receiving documentation Support inbound and outbound freight coordination and shipment tracking Maintain accurate item, vendor, and operational records within NetSuite Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required 2+ years of experience in CPG, wholesale, retail, distribution, or supply chain operations Experience managing customer orders, vendor communication, and shipment coordination Familiarity with routing guides, carrier compliance, and retailer shipping requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in high-volume environments Strong Excel skills and comfort learning ERP systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable learning and utilizing technology tools to improve workflow efficiency.
