Director of Car Wash Operations Beck's Car Wash Locations Looking for an opportunity to lead a growing operation, build strong teams, and make a real impact every day? At Beck's, we're looking for a Director of Car Wash Operations to oversee our growing car wash division across three locations, with plans for three more. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on supporting teams, improving operations, driving results, and helping continue the growth of the business as we expand. Additionally, you will need to roll up your sleeves from time to time and help the washes with trouble shooting and urgent mechanical issues. We want someone who leads by example, communicates well, builds accountability, and creates a positive environment for both employees and customers.
