This is a high-impact leadership role with visibility to executive leadership and the opportunity to help build structure, improve channel performance, and support long-term growth. This position is located north of Atlanta, GA, and will require relocation.

Director of Dealer Network Operations Requirements & Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial sales, service, or channel management Experience managing dealer or distributor networks Background with industrial equipment, machinery, or automation Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience supporting quoting, forecasting, or customer solutions Ability to thrive in a hands-on, evolving environment Director of Dealer Network Operations Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a national dealer network Recruit and onboard new dealer partners Support quoting, forecasting, and pipeline visibility Coordinate with engineering, operations, and leadership teams Oversee service support, installations, and customer escalations Assist with trade shows, marketing efforts, and dealer engagement
