Conduct night audits by reconciling daily transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and performing routine safety checks around the property. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a resort or similar setting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Familiarity with hotel management systems and night audit procedures is preferred. Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems are essential.
