Regional Director, People Operations Position Summary The Regional Director, People Operations provides strategic and operational HR leadership across a multi-site business environment. This role partners closely with operational leadership to support workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and compliance initiatives while helping drive a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and operational needs. Lead and develop regional HR team members through coaching, accountability, and support. Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance on performance and organizational challenges. Support talent management initiatives including succession planning, development, and workforce planning. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Analyze workforce trends and metrics to support business decisions and continuous improvement. Partner cross-functionally with recruiting, compensation, benefits, and learning teams. Support organizational change initiatives and operational effectiveness projects. Travel to regional locations as business needs require. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred. 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a multi-site or operational environment. Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, talent management, and HR operations. Experience leading teams and influencing business leaders. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or
SHRM-SCP
) preferred. Leadership Responsibility This position has direct leadership responsibility.
