  • Full-time Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team at our Front Desk, Breakfast, and Maintenance Departments.
The position is for two different individuals looking to join an awesome team. This energetic role offers a unique opportunity to engage with guests directly, ensuring their stay is memorable and comfortable from check-in to check-out. You will be the friendly face that welcomes visitors, manages guest inquiries, oversees breakfast service, and maintains the property's facilities. This paid position is perfect for individuals eager to develop their hotel management experience while delivering exceptional guest services. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries about reservations, amenities, and local attractions Oversee breakfast service, ensuring a clean, inviting dining area and timely replenishment of food and beverages Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities through routine maintenance tasks Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns, demonstrating strong guest relations and problem-solving skills Assist with hotel operations such as managing reservations, updating guest records, and supporting front desk activities during busy periods or night shifts Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs with the appropriate teams Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally and courteously Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems; familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Ability to perform light maintenance tasks and ensure the upkeep of hotel facilities Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Passion for hospitality management and delivering exceptional guest experiences Embrace this exciting opportunity to be a vital part of our hospitality team!
