Operations Manager

Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily store activities, including sales, inventory control, cash handling, and customer service to ensure smooth operations. Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees while providing comprehensive employee orientation and ongoing training & development. Manage scheduling, shift management, and employee performance to optimize productivity and team morale. Oversee purchasing, merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory management to maximize profitability and minimize stock discrepancies. Maintain accurate bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and financial reporting to support business objectives. Implement effective marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to boost retail sales and enhance store visibility. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, POS systems operation, and phone etiquette to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Experience Proven management experience in retail or a similar fast-paced environment with supervising responsibilities. Strong skills in negotiation, sales management, and customer service to foster client loyalty and drive revenue growth. Demonstrated ability in recruiting, interviewing, training staff, and managing employee orientation programs. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases. Familiarity with retail math concepts such as pricing strategies, sales analysis, inventory control, and store merchandising. Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, bookkeeping software, payroll processing, and inventory management tools. Excellent organizational skills combined with effective communication skills to lead teams successfully while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
