Position Summary TheHospitality Associatesupports daily hospitality operations includingdining room services, meeting room support, and hospitality logistics. This role helps prepare service areas, support events and meetings, maintain clean and organized hospitality spaces, and ensure guests receive prompt and professional assistance. This position is ideal for someone who isdetail-oriented, service-minded, and able to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment. What You'll DoHospitality & Guest Service + Provide friendly and professional service to guests and team members + Assist withdining room services, meeting room services, and hospitality logistics + Act as a point of contact for guest needs and communicate requests to leadership + Maintain a welcoming and professional hospitality environment Service Preparation & Execution + Prepare hospitality spaces for service includingsetup, staging, and organization + Assist with meeting room setups and hospitality events + Complete assignedopening and closing dutiesaccording to company standards + Ensure hospitality areas are alwaysclean, organized, and service-ready Operations & Organization + Complete dailyprep, production, and cleaning taskswith attention to detail + Maintain clean workspaces and organized hospitality areas + Safely operate kitchen and hospitality equipment including dish machines + Follow allhealth, safety, and sanitation guidelines Team Collaboration + Work collaboratively with hospitality team members to ensure smooth operations + Attend team meetings as requested + Support inventory organization and basic inventory management + Utilize downtime to assist with cleaning, stocking, and operational support tasks Professional Standards + Maintain professional communication with guests and team members + Demonstrate strong decision-making skills and escalate issues when necessary + Maintain confidentiality related to business operations + Remain adaptable and assist with additional duties as assigned What We're Looking For + Previous experience inhospitality, food service, or customer service preferred + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to workboth independently and as part of a team + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to stay calm and professional in busy service environments + Basic familiarity withMicrosoft Officeis a plus Physical Requirements + Ability tolift up to 30 pounds + Ability to stand or walk for extended periods + Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements + Ability to work around kitchen equipment and hospitality service tools Schedule + Most shifts occurMonday through Friday + Occasionalevening, overtime, or weekend workmay be required for special hospitality events or programs Why Join Five Star? + Opportunities forgrowth and career advancement + Employee referral bonuses + Supportive and team-oriented work environment + Paid training and development + Competitive compensation and benefits (for eligible positions) EEO Statement Five Star Breaktime Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
