.. What you'll do... Lead asset protection efforts to prevent loss, theft, and security breaches within distribution centers and fulfillment centers. Ensurecompliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards. Lead investigations into security incidents, monitor for theft and shrinkage, manage access controls, and develop loss prevention strategies to safeguard assets and personnel.. Develop and implement risk management strategies and emergency response plans. Utilize data collection and visualization tools to analyze incidents, improve processes, and implement solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance security measures and operational excellence. Build business cases for new initiatives with clear ROI or cost savings. Train and mentor on safety protocols, asset protection policies, and regulatory compliance. What you'll bring: Proven expertise in asset protection, including conducting investigations and managing security audits to mitigate loss and shrinkage. Strong knowledge of operational excellence principles, root cause analysis, and process improvement methodologies. Experience with data collection, visualization, and governance to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Ability to enforce safety standards, regulatory compliance, and emergency response protocols in a distribution center environment. Skilled in risk management, including risk assessments, reporting, and training to enhance employee awareness. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills to influence and collaborate across teams. Demonstrated leadership in supervising, mentoring, and developing associates to achieve operational goals.
