The Role:

TheField Support Supervisor(Dispatch & Install)oversees the daily operations of Service and Maintenance Dispatch and the Install Coordination team. This role ensures smooth workflows, proactive planning, and top-tier communication while providing consistent support to both field professionals and internal teams. The Supervisoris responsible forkeeping Service and Maintenance callboardsaccurateand up to date for current and future months, while leading through coaching, accountability, and clear expectations to deliver an exceptional customer and team experience.

What You'll Do:

Oversee day-to-day operations for Service and Maintenance Dispatch and Install Coordinators Manage andmaintainService and Maintenance callboards, ensuring visibility and planning for upcomingmonths regionally Ensure scheduling efficiency, job readiness, and proactive workload planning Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with Field Support Coordinators and Install Coordinators Provide coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing development for team members Serve as a primary escalation point for scheduling issues, customer concerns, and field support needs Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication with technicians, leadership, and customers Monitor workload balance, coverage, and staffing needs to support operational goals Partner with leadership toidentifyprocess improvements and implement best practices Ensure policies, procedures, and expectations are followed consistently Other duties asassigned

What You'll Need:

3+ years of dispatch/customer service experience.
